Ces travaux comprennent sommairement : - Travaux de construction des infrastructures municipales souterraines sur la rue de la Station (317 mètres), la rue Shaw entre la rue du Nord et la rue Principale (200 mètres), la rue Shaw pour la portion située à l’ouest de la rue Principale jusqu’à l’exutoire projeté à l’extrémité de la rue (150 mètres) et la rue Principale (330 mètres). Ces travaux incluent le remplacement de l’égout sanitaire et l’aqueduc, l’installation d’une nouvelle conduite d’égout pluviale, l’installation nouvelles des vannes et des nouveaux poteaux incendie, le remplacement des entrées de services sanitaire et d’aqueduc aux résidences, l’ajout d’un service d’égout pluviale, l’installation des regards sanitaires et l’installation des puisards et des regards pluviaux ; - Construction d’un nouvel émissaire pluvial dans la Rivière du Nord et d’un bassin de rétention incluant des ouvrages de sédimentation et un régulateur de débit ; - Le remplacement des lampadaires existants par des lampadaires décoratifs sur poteaux de bois ; - La réfection des fondations et du pavage ainsi que de l’ensemble des éléments rencontrés lors des interventions ainsi que l’aménagement d’une voie de circulation avec partage piéton et vélo, des bordures, trottoirs, accotements, aménagement paysager et marquage, le tout en maintenant l’accès aux propriétés riveraines pendant les travaux.
