Le projet consiste à remplacer les équipements de chauffage de l’école primaire St-Jacques-le-Mineur située sur la rue Renaud à St-Jacques-le-Mineur. La chaufferie existante est composée d’une chaudière au mazout d’une capacité de 196 kW ainsi que d’une chaudière électrique d’une capacité de 105 kW qui ont atteint la fin de leur durée de vie utile. Les équipements de chauffage existants fonctionnent en alternance (mode bi-énergie) et sont contrôlés via des contrôles centralisés. Il est donc requis de les remplacer.
