100%Les plafonds de l’école St-Jacques-le-Mineur seront refaits. Une section de l’école (construction d’origine et premier agrandissement) comprend une structure de bois apparente (lamellé-collé) à travers laquelle sont collées des tuiles de carton alors que le dernier agrandissement est déjà en plafond suspendu. Dans le cadre de ces travaux, les éléments de mécanique et d’électricité situés dans les plafonds existants devront être démantelés temporairement pour permettre les travaux de réfection des plafonds.
