SOUMISSIONS: Les soumissions seront reçues avant 15 heures, jeudi, le 28 février 2019 et ouvertes publiquement au bureau de Lemay Côté architectes à Victoriaville. Seuls sont admis à soumissionner les entrepreneurs ayant leur principale place d'affaires au Québec, et détenant une licence requise en vertu de la Loi sur la qualification professionnelle des entrepreneurs en construction. Les entrepreneurs soumissionnaires sont responsables du choix des sous-traitants, tant pour leur solvabilité que pour le contenu de leur soumission, et doivent les informer des conditions qu'ils entendent leur imposer et s'assurer qu'ils détiennent les permis et licences requis.
