100%Le Cégep de Baie-Comeau demande des soumissions pour les services de gardiennage de ses édifices situés à Baie-Comeau (cégep et résidences étudiantes) pour la période du 1er juillet 2019 au 30 juin 2021. Un nombre approximatif de 5 200 heures en service de gardiennage est à prévoir. Il n'y a pas d'option de renouvellement à ce contrat. La surveillance au cégep se fera à l'adresse, 537 Boul.

Blanche et la surveillance des résidences se fera aux adresses 773 rue de Bon-Désir et 927 rue Comtois situé à Baie-Comeau (les résidences sont à deux kilomètres du cégep). Le SOUMISSIONNAIRE doit accompagner sa Soumission d’une garantie de soumission équivalant à DIX POURCENT (10%) du prix total proposé dans sa Soumission. Cette garantie de soumission doit être produite sous la forme d'un cautionnement émis par une Institution Financière et être conforme aux dispositions du modèle de cautionnement de soumission reproduit à l’annexe 4.01 du Formulaire de Soumission.
