100%Le campus de l’ORGANISME PUBLIC s’étend sur un peu plus de 1.8 km² et l’ensemble de ses édifices sont reliés via un système de chauffage urbain via des tunnels multi-réseaux. Pour chauffer ses bâtiments l’ORGANISME PUBLIC utilise un système de vapeur d’eau via ses 2 sites de production aux pavillons Gérard-Bisaillon et CERSO.

Dans le cadre de son programme d’économie d’énergie, l’ORGANISME PUBLIC, recherche un PRESTATAIRE DE SERVICES dans le but de pouvoir récupérer l’énergie disponible dans les gaz de combustion de ses 3 chaudières (15 MW, 30 MW et 45 MW) alimentées principalement au gaz naturel du pavillon Gérard-Bisaillon. Plus précisément l’ORGANISME PUBLIC désire installer un économiseur à condensation indirect à la sortie de ses préchauffeurs existants. Les buts recherchés étant : Pouvoir préchauffer l’eau de condensat alimentant les dégazeurs; Injecter de la chaleur dans le réseau d’eau réfrigérée du campus universitaire afin d’en optimiser son utilisation. Le présent Contrat vise la prestation des services en électromécanique pour le projet.
