Appel d’offres RACCORDEMENT DU « BOISÉ DU DOMAINE » AVIS EST, PAR LES PRÉSENTES, DONNÉ QUE des soumissions cachetées et endossées relatives au projet Raccordement du « Boisé du domaine » seront reçues au bureau de la soussignée jusqu’au 31 janvier 2019 à 14 heures . Les documents seront disponibles pour distribution dès le 19 décembre 2018 exclusivement à partir du Système électronique d’appel d’offres (SÉAO) soit par téléphone au (number on the official notice) ou en consultant le site Web au www.seao.ca ; les frais établis par cet organisme étant applicables. Un cautionnement de soumis-sion irrévocable ou un chèque visé correspondant à 10 % du montant de la soumission est exigé. Les cautionnements irrévocables et les prix soumis devront être valides pour une période de quatre-vingt-dix (90) jours de calendrier suivant la date d’ouverture de soumissions. Les soumissionnaires devront faire parvenir leur offre à l’attention de M e Edith Girard, greffière, Hôtel de ville de Thetford Mines, 144 rue Notre-Dame Ouest, Thetford Mines, Québec, G6G 1J3, avant 14 h, le 31 janvier 2019 . Les soumissions seront ouvertes en public dans la salle des délibérations du conseil de l’hôtel de ville de Thetford Mines, le même jour, et au terme de la période de réception des soumissions. La Ville ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions reçues et elle se réserve le privilège de les accepter en tout ou en partie.
