100%Dans le cadre du projet de Remplacement du refroidisseur pour le Centre Urbanisation Culture et Société situé au 385 rue Sherbrooke Est, Montréal, QC H2X 1E3, l’INRS procède à la publication d’un appel d’offres en approvisionnement pour le préachat d’un refroidisseur à veloute de 140 tonnes, plus spécifiquement décrit au devis technique ( Annexe 2 ). L’approvisionnement visé par le présent appel d’offres constitue un préachat.

L’INRS octroiera un contrat d’entreprise générale aux fins de procéder à l’installation et au raccordement des équipements prévus au devis technique (Annexe 2) des Documents d’appel d’offres. L’entrepreneur qui sera chargé de ces travaux se verra céder le contrat d’approvisionnement à être octroyé au terme du présent appel d’offres et il sera alors aux droits et obligations de l’INRS vis-à-vis l’éventuel adjudicataire. L’éventuelle cession de ce contrat à l’entrepreneur ne dégage en rien le soumissionnaire de ses responsabilités et obligations aux termes de ce contrat. Le soumissionnaire devra fournir à l’entrepreneur tout le support technique et administratif demandé dans le présent devis de préachat, tel que coordination, dates de livraisons, assistance à la mise en marche, garantie, etc.
