Vidange, transport, traitement et valorisation des eaux usées et/ou des boues d’installations septiques non raccordées à un réseau d’égout municipal de Saint-Lambert-de-Lauzon Des soumissions seront reçues au bureau de la MRC de La Nouvelle-Beauce au 700, rue Notre-Dame Nord, bureau B, à Sainte-Marie (Québec) G6E 2K9 jusqu’à 10 heures le jeudi 13 décembre 2018 pour la vidange, le transport, le traitement et la valorisation des eaux usées et/ou des boues d’installations septiques non raccordées au réseau d’égout municipal de Saint-Lambert-de-Lauzon Le soumissionnaire doit prendre en note que le présent projet comporte une seule option au bordereau de soumission relative à la durée du contrat soit : A) durée de trois (3) ans. Il doit soumissionner sur l’option présentée. Les documents de soumission seront disponibles sur le système d’appel d’offres électronique SEAO au www.seao.ca . Les documents peuvent être obtenus au coût établi par le SEAO. Cette soumission devra être placée dans une enveloppe scellée et porter la mention « Vidange, transport, traitement et valorisation des eaux usées et/ou des boues d’installations septiques non raccordées au réseau d’égout municipal de Saint-Lambert-de-Lauzon » ainsi que le nom du soumissionnaire. Ces dernières seront ouvertes publiquement le même jour et au même endroit à 10 h 05 en présence des intéressés. Chaque soumission devra être accompagnée d’une garantie de soumission correspondant à 10 % du montant total de la soumission de la première année au contrat et d’une lettre d’engagement à fournir un cautionnement d’exécution conformément au devis. Les soumissions devront être conformes au document de soumission et présentées sur la formule incluse dans ce document.
