Le ou les adjudicataires retenus seront ceux ayant présenté l’offre de prix unitaire la plus basse tout en étant admissible et conforme par article soumis. Si, pour des circonstances exceptionnelles, la commission doit fermer ses portes le jour limite indiqué pour la réception des soumissions, cette date sera reportée au prochain jour ouvrable, aux mêmes lieu et heure. En cas d’égalité, le contrat est adjugé par tirage au sort entre les prestataires de services ex æquo . La commission scolaire ne s’engage pas à accepter nécessairement la plus basse soumission ni aucune des soumissions reçues ni à réaliser l’objet du présent appel d’offres, d’en réaliser une partie seulement ou de ne rien réaliser, et cela, sans aucun préjudice pour les prestataires de services.
