a) Conditions pour être admis à soumissionner Pour être considérée, toute soumission devra être préparée sur les documents de la Ville qui seront fournis à cette fin, être conforme aux documents de soumission et être accompagnée des documents requis. b) Obtention des documents Les documents complets de soumission seront disponibles à compter du 25 octobre 2018, sur le site internet de SEAO, à l’adresse suivante : www.seao.ca . L’obtention des documents est sujette à la tarification de cet organisme et ces coûts sont non remboursables. c) Réception des soumissions Les soumissions devront être reçues avant 11 h 30, le 27 novembre 2018, au bureau de la greffière , au 270, avenue Marguerite-Bourgeoys, Sainte-Marie (Québec) G6E 3Z3. Les soumissions reçues seront ouvertes publiquement le 27 novembre 2018 à 11 h 30, à la salle du conseil de la Ville de Sainte-Marie, située à l’adresse indiquée ci-dessus.
