N o DE DOSSIER : 401-111-18-003 La Municipalité de Rawdon demande des soumissions pour la réfection du chemin du Lac-Gratten, le tout étant décrit aux plans et devis préparés par la firme Ingemax inc . Les seuls entrepreneurs autorisés à soumissionner sont ceux ayant un bureau d’affaires au Québec ou dans une province ou un territoire visé par les accords ALEC, ACCQO et AQNB et détenant la licence requise en vertu de la Loi sur le bâtiment .

Les intéressés peuvent se procurer les documents de soumission en s’adressant à un représentant du Système électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO) au numéro (number on the official notice) ou en consultant leur site Internet www.seao.ca . Chaque soumissionnaire doit présenter une offre sur les formulaires fournis à cet effet, qui respecte toutes les exigences spécifiées aux documents d’appel d’offres. Toute offre doit obligatoirement être accompagnée d’une garantie de soumission pour un montant équivalant à dix pour cent (10 %) du montant total de la soumission (incluant les taxes) ainsi qu’une lettre d’engagement garantissant la fourniture d’un cautionnement d’exécution et d’un cautionnement des obligations de l’entrepreneur pour la main-d’œuvre, les matériaux et les sous-contrats, chacun pour une valeur de cinquante pour cent (50 %) du montant du contrat (taxes incluses) et valide pour toute la durée des travaux.
