Tous les équipements doivent être sous contrat avec Cisco durant la période du présent appel d’offres.

Le prestataire de service devra fournir au Ministère la preuve de ces renouvellements. Également, le fournisseur doit fournir au Ministère la preuve de l’inscription des équipements auprès de Cisco et s’assurer qu’ils sont correctement inscrits avec les comptes Cisco du personnel du Ministère Ajout d’équipement en cours de contrat Le MDDELCC pourrait acquérir d’autres équipements de même modèle en cours de contrat. Dès la réception d’un avis écrit du MDDELCC, le prestataire de services devra ajouter ces nouveaux équipements au contrat d’entretien aux mêmes prix indiqués au bordereau de prix ou avec le même taux d’escompte s’il s’agit d’autres modèles. Le fournisseur facturera au prorata des mois restant au contrat, jusqu’à concurrence de 10% du montant du contrat. SI le MDDELCC devait acquérir des modèles de commutateurs Cisco différents en cours de contrat parce que les modèles en service sont discontinués, le fournisseur s’engage à les ajouter au contrat d’entretien en cours avec les mêmes taux d’escompte indiqués sur les prix de liste. Veuillez noter que le présent appel d’offres vise uniquement l’octroi d’un contrat de service pour les trois (3) prochaines années. L’acquisition de composants par le MDDELCC n’est pas visée par cet appel d’offres. Retrait d’équipement en cours de contrat Le MDDELCC pourrait retirer certains équipements en cours de contrat. Dès la réception d’un avis écrit du MDDELCC pour le retrait de certains équipements en cours de contrat, le prestataire de services devra retirer ces équipements du contrat d’entretien et crédités au prorata les mois restant.
