La firme choisie devra posséder une expérience pertinente dans le domaine du maintien des actifs, de l’aménagement des espaces , des analyses structurales dans les édifices avec ossature de béton armé et dans la réalisation de plans et devis nécessaires à la réalisation de travaux de construction. Afin de se rendre conforme à la règlementation en vigueur et en réponse à une demande importante de mise en chantier de projet de construction sur une courte période, le Collège souhaite sélectionner deux (2) firmes en mesure de réaliser divers mandats touchant le domaine de pratique exclusif du génie civil et structural. Les firmes seront affectées en alternance à divers projet selon les priorités établies par le Collège. Un contrat sera accordé aux trois (2) meilleures firmes évaluées par le comité de sélection du Collège à la suite d’une évaluation du niveau de la qualité des soumissions. La prestation des services sera dispensée selon les conditions prévues au chapitre C-65.1, r. 12 Tarif d’honoraires pour services professionnels fournis au gouvernement par des ingénieurs découlant de la Loi sur les contrats des organismes publics (chapitre C-65.1, a. 23). Le Prestataire de services intéressé par cet appel d’offres doit déposer sa soumission dans une enveloppe scellée clairement identifiée au nom de l’appel d’offres au service de l’approvisionnement situé dans le local B-236 selon les modalités prévues et dans les délais prescrits.
