Time to submit — where the number comes from

The calculation
Days between publication (May 6, 2021) and closing (August 23, 2021), rounded to the day: 110 days.
What goes in
The source publishes no duration for this notice: the number comes from its two dates. A gap of less than half a day, or a closing before publication, gives no window.

how it's calculated — Closing time

Closing time — where the number comes from

The calculation
Lauréo has no reading of the closing time on the official CanadaBuys page for this notice: the time is to be confirmed on the official notice.
What goes in
Lauréo never infers a time zone. The time is shown only if the official page gives its own, the two sources do not conflict and the day matches the published closing date; the day is Montréal's.
