Time to submit — where the number comes from
- The calculation
- Days between publication (June 29, 2017) and closing (September 7, 2017), rounded to the day: 71 days.
- What goes in
- The source publishes no duration for this notice: the number comes from its two dates. A gap of less than half a day, or a closing before publication, gives no window.

All systems described and the associated deliverables indicated of Annex A must be delivered by January 31, 2018.
The systems will be installed during a refit at a later date and unknown location. The Contractor must be available to supervise the installation and commissioning of these systems, however the intent of this requirement is only to supply equipment prior to the refit of the vessels.
