Time to submit — where the number comes from

The calculation
Days between publication (October 28, 2022) and closing (November 29, 2022), rounded to the day: 33 days.
What goes in
The source publishes no duration for this notice: the number comes from its two dates. A gap of less than half a day, or a closing before publication, gives no window.

The calculation
Lauréo has no reading of the closing time on the official CanadaBuys page for this notice: the time is to be confirmed on the official notice.
