Transport Canada will host the Third Joint Ministerial Conference of the Paris and Tokyo Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) on for Port State Control (Ministerial Conference) in April 2017.

A High Level Meeting (HLM 02) will occur immediately before the conference. Transport Canada will also host Preparatory Discussion Group (PDG05) and High Level Meeting (HLM01) together in September 2016. For the purposes of this statement of work the September 2016 meetings will be referred to as PDG05/HLM01. Both the Conference and PDG05/HLM01 will take place in Vancouver at the same venue.
Transport Canada is in need of commercial accommodations, meeting space and catering services for these meetings, preferably to be located at one site. Canada may awardup to two contracts; one contract may be awarded to the conference facility provider and a separate contract may be awarded to the accommodations provider.
